What should I bring to the workshop?

Bring a water bottle, notepad, pen, and highlighters. Some workshops may require specific equipment, and you’ll be informed via email if that’s the case.

You’ll learn various stretching techniques, alignment principles, and a 90-minute full-body assisted stretch routine to help clients improve flexibility, reduce stress, and enhance structural alignment.

Is the StretchA Method safe for people with injuries?

Can I take the workshop if I'm pregnant?
