Training
We love partnering with movement studios, wellness clinics, and heart-led professionals who feel inspired to bring the StretchA Method into their space and local community.

If you’re interested in hosting a live StretchA Method workshop—either StretchA Fusion (table-based) or StretchA Thai (floor-based)—we’ll guide you through the process to make it a smooth and meaningful collaboration.

Space
Requirements

StretchA Fusion (table-based):

We’ll need a private, quiet space (such as a studio, gym, or wellness center) that can comfortably fit 5+ massage or stretch tables—one table per two participants.

StretchA THAI (floor-based):

The space must allow for 5+ floor stations, each approximately 80” x 60” to accommodate mats and movement.

Materials +
Equipment

You may provide these items on-site, or ask attendees to bring their own. A full checklist will be provided once your hosting request is confirmed.

For StretchA Fusion, please let us know how many tables are available on-site. If needed, we can ask participants—especially locals—to bring their own.

For StretchA Thai, participants will need:

  • Yoga mats (wrestling or gymnastics mats)
  • Bolsters or pillows
  • Optional blankets for comfort

We value collaboration and visibility.

As a host, we ask that you actively promote the event within your local network and on social media. We’ll also support the event through our StretchA Method Instagram and newsletter channels to help boost outreach and visibility.
