By registering for and attending this StretchA Method workshop, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that this is a hands-on, movement-based training that may include physical activity such as bodywork techniques, assisted stretching, partner work, breath practices, and floor- or table-based applications.

I affirm that I am participating voluntarily and at my own risk. It is my responsibility to consult with a physician or licensed medical provider regarding any condition that may affect my ability to participate safely.

I release and hold harmless Sandra Jersby, the StretchA Method team, guest instructors, assistants, and the host venue from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may arise during or as a result of my participation.

2. Personal Responsibility

I agree to honor my physical boundaries, communicate clearly with instructors and partners, and participate respectfully and mindfully. I understand that this workshop is educational and not a substitute for medical care or diagnosis.

3. Photo & Video Release

I understand that photography and video may be taken during the workshop for promotional and educational purposes.

By attending, I grant permission for Sandra Jersby and StretchA Method to use images or video of me in future marketing, social media, or course content—unless I notify in writing prior to the start of the workshop.

4. Cancellation & Transfer Policy

I understand and agree to the following terms:

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• Transfers within the same calendar year are allowed with a $250 transfer fee and at least 4 weeks’ notice.

• Alternatively, I may transfer my spot to another participant for a $45 admin fee, subject to availability and approval.

5. Certification Disclaimer

Completion of this workshop does not guarantee certification. Certification is based on full participation, demonstration of comprehension, and instructor discretion.
